The house sleeps six people comfortably, in 3 double bedrooms each with a TV and in addition there is room for a cot, additional single if required. All bedroom accommodation is on the ground floor.

The main bedroom has a double bed and furniture that compliments it's waterside location, and en-suite bath and shower room, and has patio doors opening on to the front terrace and garden. Views overlooking the garden and across the River Teign. A second double bedroom, also beautifully furnished has an en-suite bathroom with bath, and also overlooks the garden and river.

The third bedroom has twin beds, and again its own en-suite shower room, and overlooks the rear garden.

A cot and high chair available for hire (no linen)

Shaldon boasts many interests, Botanical gardens at the top of the village, the coastal path winds up over the cliffs towards Torquay. The Shaldon Wildlife Park cares for several small creatures and is a must for zoo lovers, and a par 3 approach golf course may be found on the cliffs. In addition to the estuary beaches, a smugglers tunnel leads to Ness cove, a sheltered beach.
